Alrighty, lots to catch up on so here we go!
First and foremost, the band wishes one of our former lead guitarists, Kyle Robson, the best of luck as he says farewell to the band. Kyle has decided to pursue other interests and possibly settle down and get away from life on the road. He still rocks the guitar (and sings occasionally) at Heart of Worship Church in Pineville, LA with the HOW Praise Team (aka the Praise Assassins). :)
Also, Altar'd will be teaming up with Hollywood Records recording artist and Disney pop phenom, Anna Margaret for at least a couple of upcoming shows. The Atchafalaya River Festival and the soon-to-be-announced Cochon De Lait Festival will feature Altar'd serving as Anna's live performing band. The practices have been going great and the live show is sure to be fun! Keep an eye on the site for more info as the team-up progresses.
We are currently working on mini-tours out to San Antonio, TX and Orlando, FL for the spring and summer respectively. So for our friends out at Lackland Air Force Base, we should be seeing you soon! Keep an eye on the calendar.
Finally, Divided, our first single released off of the new album, has been well received across the country making it to the top 50 on Christian Music Weekly's rock charts. Thanks to the stations for spinning it (I will try to put together a list later) and to the fans for requesting it. We will do our best to keep 'em coming!
